Refund policy

At Poppy Blue Fragrances, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and rigorous packaging standards of our luxury products. Every order is thoroughly inspected before dispatch. However, we acknowledge that transit issues can occur. If your item arrives structurally defective or physically damaged, the protocols below strictly govern your options for recourse.


Strict 48-Hour Return Window

We enforce a strict zero-exception 48-hour return window beginning from the exact timestamp of delivery provided by the courier service.

To initiate a claim for a defective or broken item, you must email us at poppyblueshopify@gmail.com within this 48-hour timeframe. Your email must include:

  • Your official Order Number.
  • Clear, high-resolution photographic and/or video evidence clearly demonstrating the damaged item, the internal packaging materials, and the exterior shipping box.

Failure to notify us or provide the required visual evidence within 48 hours of documented delivery will result in the immediate and permanent forfeiture of your eligibility for a refund.

Verification & Refunds

Once your claim is received, our quality assurance team will inspect the evidence. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or request that the item be shipped back to our facility for physical inspection before any credit is approved.

If the damage is verified and approved by our team, a refund will be processed exclusively to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing time to reflect this transaction on your statement.

Absolute No-Replacements Policy

Poppy Blue Fragrances does not offer product replacements under any circumstances. If your item is verified as damaged or defective, your sole remedy is a monetary refund to the original payment method as outlined above. We cannot ship out duplicate items or alternative products in lieu of a refund.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

All purchases are considered final. Products that arrive intact, functional, and free of structural defects are entirely ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

For hygiene, safety, and the preservation of product integrity, we absolutely do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • Fragrance preference (e.g., disliking the scent profile, notes, or performance on skin).
  • Accidental or incorrect orders placed by the customer (including incorrect sizes, quantities, or addresses).

Any unauthorized returns sent back to our facility without prior written approval from our support team will be rejected and disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
